Where does our meat come from?

All American Beef, Pork and Chicken

Lambert’s prides itself in the quality meat products that we choose for our customers. Therefore, in our 30+ foot full service meat case we sell only USDA Choice Beef, Grade A Pork and Chicken. All born, raised and processed in the United States.

Our Choice Beef originates from the Midwest states of Texas, Nebraska, Kansas, etc. They are all from independent ranches, who’s goal is to provide a quality product.

Our pork originates from the great state of Michigan and Indiana.

Our fresh chicken cuts come from Georgia and Alabama. Our chicken is all antibiotic, hormone and steroid free. The United States forbids the use of hormones and steroids.

Value Priced Imported Meat

We do offer value priced products that are imported (No Roll Ribeye, No Roll New York, and No Roll Tenderloin). These products are all labeled accordingly and the processing still meets all USDA standards. Since they are a No Roll product they are less expensive to meet the need of our price conscientious buyer. These products are offered in our three door, whole loin upright case.

In our freezer case we do offer frozen New Zealand Lamb items.
