There is a reason people come from near and far for Lambert’s Bratwurst. We take grilling very seriously, whether it be steaks, burgers, hotdogs, or, that most delectable of grilled items, the brat. Brats are more than just a side item at Lambert’s. They have an entire section of our 40 foot meat counter all to themselves, front and center.

Our Bratwurst cover profiles from mild to wild. From Regular brats to the Beef Philly Steak to the Pineapple Teriyaki to the Chicken Cranberry Bacon Cheddar, we have a flavor for everyone. Many of these unique and delicious options are Tim, the Meat Man’s original recipes. If you have dietary restrictions, there are gluten and dairy free brats as well. We keep the flavors on rotation at the market, so there is always something new for you to try. During the summer we usually carry about 20 different flavors every day. Every week we keep our best sellers stocked and rotate out the more unique flavors a few at a time (generally two a week). During the winter months, we offer about 10-12 verities.
